Allan is the founder of Warfel Construction Company. Allan provides support to daily activities in a variety of ways as well handling special projects like the acquisition and development of land for new home construction.
Jay joined Warfel Construction Company in 1973 leading the agricultural division. Jay oversees the agricultural side of the business, handling poultry houses, animal waste buildings, and pole buildings. Jay also handles the sale of Everlast metal roofing and siding products.
Robb grew up at Warfel Construction and serves as President. Robb oversees day-to-day operations as well as managing excavation, grading, and masonry work. Robb also serves as project manager on residential and commercial projects.
Weston came to Warfel Construction in 2001 as an estimator/designer and serves as Vice President. Weston handles sales, design, and customer relations for residential and commercial projects and is responsible for all corporate finances.
Rick started at Warfel Construction as a carpenter’s helper and worked his way to a first class carpenter and crew foreman. In 2000, Rick became a Project Manager and oversees the construction of custom homes and commercial projects. Rick works closely with the customer to ensure that each home is crafted to fit their needs.

Missy joined the Warfel Construction team in 1984. Missy handles accounts payables and receivables, payroll, and fills a variety of much needed administrative rolls on a daily basis.
Ken has served many different roles at Warfel Construction. After many years as a crew foreman, Ken served the role of service manager. With a strong background from his time in the field, Ken handles CAD design, estimating, and purchasing, as well as management of renovation projects.
Ray started at Warfel construction as a carpenter’s helper become a crew foreman. Since 2018 Ray has served as our Service Manager coordinating any required service work as well as the scheduled 30-day and 11-month service calls following the completion of each project.
